I was reading an article that basically rewards community members for their time and effort supporting other users.
From a support perspective, it would be much more efficient to crowd-source a solution than to employ.
Maybe we could reward community members for helping others in support through peer to peer donations and have a very simple way for community members to pay each other for their support as and when they need it - possibly even through their Pillar Wallet, if they don’t have one - we increase user adoption. Win win.
Hey we could even used TCR’s to pay people for their contributions by community votes and consensus.
